Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal option. Other Signia families include IX receiver-in-canal, behind-the-ear and in-ear styles. They are not interchangeable MaX models. We will confirm the platform, fit and features for your hearing needs.[2]

Is every Signia hearing aid a MaX model?

No. Signia MaX is one platform within the Signia lineup. The IX and AX families are different platforms with their own features and styles, and are not interchangeable with MaX models.

Which app will I use?

MaX hearing aids use the Signia One app. Other Signia platforms use the Signia App instead. We can confirm which app and features are compatible with your device.

Will a hearing aid remove all background noise?

No. Noise management features support listening in noise, but they do not guarantee a specific outcome. A proper assessment, fitting and follow-up care matter just as much as the technology.

How do I choose a style?

Style depends on a full assessment of your hearing needs, dexterity, comfort and device compatibility. We will walk through these with you before recommending a style.
